YouTuber 'Road Safety Wala' arrested in Delhi for making video of hitting girls, then saying 'Sorry Didi'

Delhi Police has arrested YouTuber Gurman Singh for deliberately hitting scooty-bikes of girls and women. The accused used to compete to earn money through social media and then upload the video of the incident on social media.
