Youth doing bike wheeling on more than 5 bikes atrocity..!

In Chennai, more than 5 bike-borne youths were seen speeding in front of a police patrol vehicle, wheeling their bike and pulling the police barricade on the road in areas including Adyar and Besant Nagar.
