Why the furore over Rahul's event in Dehradun?

The venue of Rahul Gandhi's' Vidyarthi Ki Goonj 'event has been changed. The event will now be held at the Bannu School ground in Dehradun on July 17 after permission was denied at the Parade Ground. The Congress says the decision has been
