What is the case of firing from AK-47 rifle during students' protest in Bihar

The Siwan district SP has confirmed to BBC News Hindi that the Bihar police jawan who opened fire with an AK-47 rifle has been suspended. Tejashwi Yadav called it the first case of students being fired upon with AK-47s.
