Week of violence in Nepal's Koshi and Madhesh, 3 killed; curfew in many cities, PM holds high-level meeting

Amid the violence in Nepal, Prime Minister Balen Shah said that an all-party meeting was held in Kathmandu. Shah appealed to people not to spread rumours, misinformation or hate speech through social media or other platforms.
