Watch out RBI! Central Bank's strictness on foreign investment of Indian companies, now every deal will be X-rayed

There has been a stir in the Indian corporate sector. Companies that have expanded their business overseas. Or say, have invested, they will now have to give full information to the RBI. The RBI has stepped up scrutiny of overseas investmen
