Viral 'Lick the Straw' Act - Student Gets Rs. Why 45 thousand fine?

A Singapore court has fined a French student 600 Singaporean dollars (US $465; £348) after he took a straw out of an orange juice dispensing machine, put it in his mouth and put it back in the dispensing box.
