Veteran social activist Dr Kumar Saptarshi passes away

Veteran social activist, founder of Yuvak Kranti Dal and editor of 'Satyagrahi' magazine, Dr. Kumar Saptarshi passed away today (July 18) in Pune. He was 85-years-old.
