US strikes kill 38 Iranians, Iran hits Saudi, Bahrain and Iraq in retaliation

Kuwait reported an Iranian attack on a power and water plant and said seven of its military personnel were wounded in a drone strike on army positions. Bahrain and Qatar also said they had intercepted the missiles.
