UPI Offline Payment: No internet required, you can send money to UPI Diya\ u09BC offline!

UPI Payment: Users will first be able to pay with their device's UPI Lite wallet when they have an internet connection. They can then use that balance on the offline terminal without entering any UPI PIN.
