Up to 10 years’ jail, ₹1 crore fine: Centre notified anti-paper leak law in 2024

The proposed legislation builds on the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024, which prescribes stringent penalties for paper leaks, organised cheating and other exam-related offences
