UP residents to get smart RC, new rule to be implemented from August 1

Uttar Pradesh Smart R\ 1: The UP government is going to issue smart RCs from August 1. That is, in place of the paper registration certificate of the vehicles received so far, a smart RC will be found. It has a QR code and a chip key.
