Uganda declares itself Ebola-free, 1,437 people die in Congo

Uganda has officially declared itself Ebola-free after the quarantine of all infected contacts was completed and no cases of new community transmission were found. However, the Ebola outbreak in neighboring Congo is still spreading rapidly.
