Two arrested for mowing down Delhi traffic cop at Singhu border, car also seized

A head constable of the Delhi Traffic Police on duty near the Singhu border was run over by a speeding car. Now the Delhi Police has arrested the two accused who ran over the constable, as well as seized the car.
