'Trying to remove salwar and pressing chest is not rape ': CJI Surya Kant lashes out at Patna HC verdict

Patna High Court judge Purnendu Singh ruled on 9 July that it was an offence to outrage a woman's modesty if a man had attempted to remove her salwar and pressed his chest. It will not be considered an attempt to rape.
