Supreme Court refuses urgent hearing in Bharat Tiwari encounter case

A Public Interest Litigation has been filed in the Supreme Court in the fake encounter case of Bharat Bhushan Tiwari of Bhojpur. It has demanded a CBI probe and registration of an FIR against the policemen. The Supreme Court, however, refus
