Subodh Rai, a close aide of Lalu-Rabri, was arrested for running a business of making spurious liquor in the factory.

The Vaishali police have also tightened the noose around Subodh Rai. Vaishali SP Shubhank Mishra said that after Subodh Rai's arrest, a team has been formed which will investigate the cases registered against Subodh Rai.
