Shastri Nagar accident case: Killer driver arrested

Bhubaneswar: The Commissionerate Police has achieved a major breakthrough in connection with the tragic road accident that took place at Shastri Nagar in the capital city. Police have arrested the driver of the killer car, Soumya Ranjan Rat
