Roshan Anand leaves police station after police persuasion, gives ultimatum till 12 o'clock for FIR on Khan Sir

Roshan Anand went to the Agam police station in Patna to file an FIR against Khan Sir in the case of Prince's death. When the police did not register an FIR, they got angry.
