Rainfall deficit reduced in the country, still drought-like situation in 10 states; Kharif sowing 38.82 decreased by 1 lakh hectares

The monsoon rainfall deficit in the country has come down to 15 per cent, but more than 10 states are still deficient by 30 per cent or more.
