Murdered mother, called sister and said - I killed; then lay next to the son, a clerk in the PWD

The son, posted as UDC in PWD, called his sister and informed her that he had killed their mother. The sister and other relatives immediately rushed home and took the woman to the hospital where doctors declared her dead.
