Plea for minor's marriage under Muslim personal law quashed, rules HC

The Allahabad High Court has not considered the Muslim Personal Law above the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act (PCMA) and the POCSO Act. The court said that the age of marriage is the same for all and no personal law can affect this rule.
