PETA India, SAFI help register FIR over community dog’s killing in Nellore

A community dog allegedly died after being beaten by five men in Nellore. Following a complaint by a local resident, police registered an FIR with assistance from PETA India and SAFI under the BNS and Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act.
