16 documents, including PAN card, voter ID, not proof of Indian citizenship, says Gauhati HC

The Gauhati High Court has said that Indian citizenship cannot be proved by PAN card and voter ID alone. The court dismissed a petition challenging the order declaring a person from Assam as a foreigner.
