Only a Muslim can't give backward status to those who convert to Islam: Madras High Court

Chennai: A person who has converted to Islam cannot claim the status of a backward class Muslim, the Madras High Court has ruled. Such persons cannot claim the benefits of reservation for backward classes, the high court said. The court als
