Bhubaneswar: The Special Task Force (STF) of Odisha’s CID-Crime Branch has busted an interstate cannabis smuggling racket, recovering nearly half a tonne of ganja concealed in a goods truck near Bhubaneswar. Acting on specific intelligence,
