Odisha floods: Coffer dam breached at Kanpur Dam in Keonjhar after sudden rise in Baitarani water level

A coffer dam at the under-construction Kanpur Dam on the Baitarani river in Odisha's Keonjhar district breached on Thursday around 08:00 am after a sudden rise in the river’s water level due to heavy rainfall. The breach occurred near Konda
