Monsoon hits 18 states including UP-Bihar, rains in Delhi-NCR

Weather Update Today: The weather is going to take a turn in Delhi-NCR. There may be good rain here from Tuesday. The India Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rainfall in 18 states including UP, Bihar, Gujarat on 28 July.
