Monsoon dashes farmers' hopes, weak rains in 372 districts, Shivraj to talk to CMs of 14 states

Monsoon Update: 372 districts are affected by the weakening of the monsoon in the country and the rain deficit has increased to 19 per cent. The sowing of kharif crops is also higher than last year.
