Minor boy drives car in Kolhara, father fined, vehicle seized

Kolhara: PSI Ashok Nayak and staff of the police station were conducting a vehicle check at Ganadevi Circle on the outskirts of the town on National Highway 52 on May 8, when a boy was found riding a two-wheeler.
