Major twist in ACF Soumyaranjan death case, former DFO surrenders

Paralakhemundi, 27 / 7 (Giridhari Parichha): The then Gajapati DFO Sangram Keshari Behera surrendered before the Paralakhemundi SDJM's (SDJM) court on Monday in connection with the suspicious death of noted ACF Soumyaranjan Mohapatra. It is
