Samajwadi Party MLA Kamal Akhtar has resigned from the post of Chief Whip of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly. Kamal Akhtar is an MLA from Kanth seat in Moradabad. He says that he has resigned on the orders of the party president. However, it is
