Kerala urged to invest in flu vaccination for the elderly

This year as of June 13, the State has reported 1,700 cases of influenza and 19 deaths. Almost all of the deaths have occurred in the elderly. The elderly, especially those above 70 years, are disproportionately vulnerable to the flu virus
