Kerala govt. promises to correct deficiencies at Mental Health Centre in Thiruvananthapuram

Health Minister K. Muraleedharan says the Mental Health Care Act of 2017 will be implemented in letter and spirit so that mental health institutions in the State become more patient-friendly
