Kerala government clarifies that learning Malayalam is not compulsory

Kasaragod: The Additional Chief Secretary of the Department of Administrative Languages of the Government of Kerala has said that the Malayalam Compulsory Learning Act will not be applicable to linguistic minorities in the district.
