Karwar: Khaki force saves drowning mentally ill man amid high waves

The Coast Guard Police in a daring operation rescued a mentally challenged youth from drowning in the sea waves amidst the fury of monsoon rains at Tagore Beach in Karwar. Though the sea was in spate due to heavy rains, the police immediate
