Jharkhand student injured in Jantar Mantar lathicharge, Nutan Toppo says' my ear was almost cut off'

Nutan Toppo Boli, a student from Jharkhand who was injured during a protest by students at Delhi's Jantar Mantar, suffered a serious ear injury after hearing what sounded like gunshots.
