Japanese PM Sanae Takaichi arrives in India today: Trade, investment and defence talks top agenda

This is the first official visit of Prime Minister Takaichi to India. This visit follows PM Modi’s visit to Tokyo in August 2025 for the 15th India-Japan Annual Summit, the MEA said in a statement.
