Japan shakes early in the morning, magnitude 6.1 on the Richter scale

TOKYO, Japan - An earthquake jolted northeastern Japan on Sunday morning. A strong earthquake of magnitude 6.1 occurred; however, no tsunami warning was issued and there were no reports of casualties or major damage. However, the weather ag
