Inter-state spurious cotton seeds racket busted in Telangana; one held

The Thurkapally Police, with Agriculture Department officials, busted an inter-state racket dealing in spurious BG-II cotton seeds and arrested one person while seizing seeds worth Rs 10 lakh.
