Bankipur: Tej Pratap's candidate Veena Maanvi arrested on way to file nomination

In the Bankipur Assembly by-election, police have arrested Veena Manvi, the candidate from Tej Pratap Yadav's party Jan Shakti Janata Dal. Veena was arrested while she was coming out after filing her nomination.
