Heavy rains wreak havoc in Arunachal Pradesh

Just three hours of heavy rain caused massive destruction in Arunachal Pradesh. Flash floods in Lower Subansiri and Kei Panyor districts inundated several villages, damaged houses and farms, and washed away important road bridges.
