Heavy rains lash parts of Delhi including IGI, Noida

New Delhi: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a red alert for Delhi-NCR, predicting heavy rainfall in the region. Parts of Delhi are receiving heavy rainfall on Tuesday morning.
