Heat wave warning issued in Uttara Kannada amid rains

Karwar: Despite the onset of monsoon, Uttara Kannada district has seen a significant decrease in rainfall in the last three-four days. However, amidst the rain, hot winds and humid weather have been created. The India Meteorological Departm
