Health worker delivers without doctor, baby dies along with mother; scissors found in mother's ashes

The family has alleged that the scissors used for the surgery were found in the ashes of the baby girl's pyre after her cremation. Taking cognizance of the incident, the Telangana Human Rights Commission has ordered an inquiry.
