HD Kumaraswamy accuses DK Shivakumar of misusing SIR

In the state, heavy rain is occurring in some places, while there are drought conditions in others. Therefore, CM DK Shivakumar is visiting each district for inspection. In this regard, Union Minister HD Kumaraswamy has made serious allegat
