General Dhiraj Seth takes over as 31st Army Chief after General Upendra Dwivedi's retirement

General Dhiraj Seth assumes charge as the Chief of the Army Staff on Tuesday, succeeding General Upendra Dwivedi, who retired after serving the Indian Army for more than 40 years.
