Bhubaneswar: Floods have affected 44 blocks in 6 districts. This was informed by the office of the SRC. 12 blocks of Balasore, 5 blocks of Bhadrak, 8 blocks of Dhenkanal have been affected. Similarly, 3 blocks of Jajpur, 13 blocks of Mayurb
