Kannur: Fazaluddin, who was released from a foreign jail after paying a ransom of Rs 80 lakh by NGOs and locals, was caught with drugs in Bengaluru. T Fazaluddin, a native of Karikkottakkari Vilayankode in Kannur, was arrested by the police
