I'm a farmer, followed rules: Union minister Bhagirath Chaudhary on getting Rs 99 lakh subsidy

Bhagirath Chaudhary said that he has taken a loan of 2 crore rupees from the bank, and he has done all this based on government guidelines. He wants to farm using new technology. He has not hidden anything.
